If you have made the payment through our website, please email us at [email protected], and we will help you cancel your subscription.

If you made a payment by Paypal, please log-in to Paypal with the e-mail you have made a payment with. Find the payment you made to us. Click on it and then you will have an option to manage your subscription. From here, in Paypal's website, you may cancel any future recurring payments at will.

If you made a payment for a PRO subscription through the Chessable mobile app, that payment was processed through Apple or Android. You'll need to contact Google or Apple to request a refund. Chessable is unable to refund payments made through the mobile app.
