The Chessable Promise

We'll never take a penny that wasn't willfully sent by you, so please do not worry! This is just a technicality between the banks and Stripe (one of the largest payment providers in the world). If you find you've ever been charged wrongfully by us please simply reach out to [email protected] and we will be extremely glad to help.
