What are scheduled or planned downtime/s? And why are they necessary?
What are scheduled or planned downtime/s? And why are they necessary?
Updated over a week ago

Scheduled or planned downtime/s is a period during which Chessable suspends its normal operations. Such breaks are necessary for a couple of reasons, including preventive maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, replacing a major service provider, and many more.

We will notify you of scheduled downtime/s at least a few days ahead of time via the notification bell, giving you time to plan your activities for that day. Moreover, these events usually last only 90 minutes, so you can get back to your Chessable training sooner rather than later.
