I lost my streak, what can I do?

Please make sure you have your time zone selected on the settings page.

If you had it selected, unless it's a bug or exceptional circumstances, then we cannot help you. Sometimes, we are able to restore your streak for you, so please write to us, especially if it's due to a bug or unusual circumstances.

For the future, you may try to use some of the ruby store options to help you recover or keep your streak next time.

If you do not have the time zone feature in use yet (because you did not know about it), please set it now. After you've set it, you can contact us with the link above and ask us to restore your streak.

We will do this once per account, and only if you did not have your time zone set when you lost your streak.
