The time planner allows you to estimate how much workload you are taking on. It shows how many "Reviews" are coming up in how many hours.

Everyone’s circumstances will be different, so it should be used as a rough guide. Simply try to keep an eye on it and soon you'll get a feeling for how much is too much.

For one person, 400 reviews coming up in 4 hours might be a really high workload whereas for someone else it could be just what they ordered. Over time, you should be able to estimate well how many reviews you'd like it to say for you.
