The default option is set to default to Key Moves. This allows you to skip studying all nonessential moves and thus repeat the basic moves, eg 1.e4 e5 over and over when learning new variations. The All moves option has been preserved for those who prefer it but may eventually be phased out if it is not used enough. If you change this option it will only apply to the particular course you've set it for.

We recommend the use of Key Moves in this option, as the site was originally designed around that. However, play around with it, and do see what you like best!
